Positive: The location and proximity to the ocean/beach is wonderful. The room and bathroom were very clean, and the property was very well maintained. It's a cool location overall, but it'd be great if they had on site staff to deal with issues.
Negative: There was a pretty heavy amount of noise all through the night. Dogs barking, people talking, engines revving directly outside our room. Around 1am I had to go out and ask the people revving their engine and shining their headlights in our room to please stop or go somewhere else. This was followed by a full volume conversation by 2 girls directly outside our room. This could have easily been mitigated if we could have closed the windows to the room, but with no other source of cool air it was either lay awake from the noise or lay awake from the heat. Not a restful stay at all unfortunately.
